Don’t panic!

It’s not uncommon to encounter a few technical challenges when you first start using Charanga. Don’t panic though. There are tens of thousands of schools using Charanga and any difficulties are easily solvable.

Common things to see include:

What to do

So that you don’t have to sort this out for yourself, we’ve prepared a summary that you can give to your network administrator: Firewall Rules. None of it is complicated for them and they will understand what everything means.
