VIP supports East London inclusion project
Published: 10th December 2021
Earlier this year, three London-based music hubs came together to launch Pathways, a project aiming to boost inclusive working across the three boroughs.
Funded by Youth Music, the project has been designed to help music tutors deliver new styles of music that young people are engaging with. We’re very happy to announce that participants are using the VIP Studio Sessions platform to get creative and deliver their music-making activities.
The hubs involved in the Pathways project are Waltham Forest Music Education Hub, Hackney Music, and Newham Music. The project is set to run in the new year as well.
Pathways is an amazing project and it’s a real honour to be involved. It’s been great consulting with tutors, hubs and young people, and even better to see the amazing work taking place across the boroughs. These hubs are working together and exciting things are happening already!
