Charanga YuStudio Competition Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Promoter: Charanga Ltd, 3rd Floor, Castle Square House, 9 Castle Square, Brighton, BN1 1EG, UK.

Eligibility

1. Our competitions are available to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 5 to 21, excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its agents and any person professionally involved in this promotion.

How to enter

2. Create a composition in our DAW, YuStudio, using Kayla Painter’s Artist Pack. Entries should be emailed to yustudio@charanga.com. All entries submitted should include your name, school or organisation, and track name.
3. The competition is open to Charanga YuStudio users.

General

4. Kayla will select the winning tracks. We will contact the schools or organisations to inform the winning students. Another winner may be chosen if the Coordinator does not respond within 14 days.
5. The winner’s song will be posted on the Charanga social media pages.

7. The Promoter will not share your contact details with any third parties.
8. In exceptional circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any point during the competition. However, we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on claimants to avoid undue disappointment.
